What it is

The History of Whoo Cheongidan Radiant Essence Cushion Brush is a precision base-makeup brush designed around the Cheongidan Radiant Essence Cushion application method. Whoo's official Cheongidan cushion directions describe two finishes from one compact: the puff is used across the face for a defined satin finish, while a makeup brush is used on the forehead, cheeks and bridge of the nose to create a more natural radiant look.
The brush uses artificial PBT bristles with a polyester fiber composition and ABS cap and bottom components. Its compact brush format gives more control than a full cushion puff when working on the center of the face, around facial contours or on areas where you want a thinner, more polished layer of base makeup.
It can be used with cushion foundation or compatible liquid complexion products for controlled blending, touch-ups and detail work without having to apply a heavy layer over the entire face.
