By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Orders
All orders are subject to product availability and payment verification. Orders may be canceled or refunded if items are out of stock.

2. Payment
SweetCorea online-store payments: PayPal or bank transfer. For help with payment, email sweetcorea@hotmail.com and include your order number, if available.

3. Shipping
All products are shipped from South Korea.

Delivery time may vary depending on:
- Destination country
- Customs clearance
- Local postal services

Order processing usually takes 3–7 business days after payment confirmation. Transit time is counted from dispatch and varies by destination. Please see our Delivery Information for destination-specific transit estimates in business days.

4. Customs & Import Taxes
Depending on the destination country, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

SweetCorea is not responsible for customs policies in each country.

5. Returns & Refunds
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days after receiving your order.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:
- Partial refund
- Full refund
- Reshipment

6. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. SweetCorea is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses.

7. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
