3. Shipping
All products are shipped from South Korea.

Delivery time may vary depending on:

- Customs clearance
- Local postal services

Estimated delivery time: 7–21 days.

4. Customs & Import Taxes
Depending on the destination country, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

SweetCorea is not responsible for customs policies in each country.

5. Returns & Refunds
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days after receiving your order.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. SweetCorea is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses.

7. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
