What it is

JUNGSAEMMOOL Skin Setting Tone Balancing Base is a lightweight makeup base that prepares the skin for smooth and even makeup application. Its natural beige tint helps cover dull-looking areas and balance the complexion with skin-like tone coverage. The priming formula helps smooth the appearance of pores and fine lines so foundation or cushion applies more evenly. JUNGSAEMMOOL also highlights Silver Vine-derived care for a clearer, naturally glowing-looking finish.
