How to use

Start at level 1 and follow the included manual. Focused ultrasound mode: 5 minutes once weekly. Absorption mode: 5 minutes once daily. When using both, use focused ultrasound first. Keep moving evenly over permitted areas; avoid the areas excluded in the manual. Wipe the head with the cleaning cloth after use. This device is not waterproof.
