SHIPTER Europe Shipping Notice

SweetCorea may use selected SHIPTER international shipping routes for certain European and nearby countries. Delivery availability, shipping method, customs process, and parcel size limits may vary depending on the destination country and local delivery partner.

Estimated Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time for SHIPTER Standard Europe routes is generally 5–10 business days after shipment handover. Actual delivery time may vary depending on customs clearance, local courier handling, holidays, weather, remote areas, and other operational conditions.

Delivery Method

Depending on the destination country and local courier, delivery may be made by:

  • HOME: delivery to the recipient's address
  • PICK UP: collection at a post office, parcel shop, or designated pickup location
  • HOME & PICK UP: the final delivery method may vary depending on local courier conditions

Customs, VAT, and IOSS Notice for EU Countries

For EU countries, IOSS information is generally required for SHIPTER DDP shipments. If IOSS information cannot be provided, SHIPTER's tax payment service may be used where available. In this case, additional VAT and service fees may apply according to the destination country's VAT rules and SHIPTER's service conditions.

For EU countries, parcels valued over EUR 150 are generally not accepted under the standard SHIPTER Europe service. Orders exceeding this value may require separate confirmation before shipment.

United Kingdom Notice

For the United Kingdom, parcels valued over GBP 135 may not be accepted under the standard SHIPTER route. Additional customs or tax requirements may apply depending on the order value and local regulations.

Norway Notice

For Norway, VOEC information may be required. If VOEC information is not available, an additional fee may apply according to SHIPTER's service conditions.

DDP and DDU Countries

Some SHIPTER Europe routes are handled as DDP, while others may be handled as DDU. For DDU destinations, import duties, VAT, customs charges, or local fees may be charged to the recipient upon arrival.

Parcel Size and Volumetric Weight

Parcel size limits vary by destination country and local courier. Volumetric weight is generally calculated by:

Length × Width × Height / 6000

However, some countries or routes may use a different volumetric weight calculation method, such as:

Length × Width × Height / 5000

Final shipping cost may be based on the greater of actual weight or volumetric weight.

Pickup Point and Storage Period

For PICK UP or PUDO delivery routes, parcels may be stored at a local pickup point for a limited period. The storage period varies by country, courier, and local conditions. If the parcel is not collected within the allowed period, it may be returned, delayed, or disposed of according to local courier policy.

Restricted Items

Some products may not be accepted for international shipment depending on destination country regulations and courier restrictions. Restricted items may include, but are not limited to:

  • Aerosol or spray products
  • Alcohol-based products
  • Flammable or pressurized products
  • Batteries or electronic devices
  • Magnetic items
  • Sharp objects or restricted goods
  • Products restricted by local customs regulations

Tracking

Once the parcel has been shipped, tracking information may be provided through SHIPTER or supported international tracking platforms. Tracking updates may take time to appear after shipment handover.

Claims and Delivery Confirmation

If the local courier system confirms that a parcel has been delivered but the recipient claims non-receipt, SHIPTER may provide investigation support through the local courier network. However, final responsibility and compensation may depend on the investigation result and the applicable courier policy.

All claims are generally processed under a “investigation first, compensation later” principle. Compensation is not guaranteed and may vary depending on the investigation result.
